We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our products. If for whatever reason our product does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us for an exchange or refund. For your convenience, we include in your shipment a prepaid return label along with instructions. If you are returning merchandise for a refund, there is an $8 charge to use the label. If you are making an exchange, there is no charge to use the label, and there is no extra shipping charge to send to you your preferred size or color.
Backorders
On occasion, demand exceeds our expectations. You’ll receive updates on the status if there are any significant delays so that you may consider other options. Naturally, we won’t charge your credit card until the item has been sent. You can also sign in to your J. L. Powell Account and view your order history and the status of any products you have ordered.

• Overnight Delivery - (see shipping rate chart) Next business day delivery for orders placed by 2pm Eastern Time, Monday - Friday. (Allow one additional day for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.)
